Hi… Nice to Meet You

Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, helping them build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy. I believe the strongest outcomes come from combining proven therapeutic techniques with human connection. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, develop practical tools, and work toward the life you want to create.

I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed therapy and psychological services to Veterans, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

Whether you’re seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, I strive to provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Trauma Informed Care

Trauma can affect the way you think, feel, relate to others, and move through everyday life. You may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, on edge, disconnected, or carrying beliefs about yourself that no longer serve you. Trauma therapy offers a safe, supportive space to help you make sense of your experiences, process painful memories, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

Healing does not mean forgetting what happened. It means learning how your experiences have affected you, developing new ways to cope, and creating space for greater peace, confidence, and resilience. Together, we will work at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. Below describes some therapies that are used to help get you back on your path.

The Process

Collaborate

We’ll work together to determine which treatment will best support your well-being, strengthen resilience, and promote lasting change.

Treatment Plan

We create a clear, individualized therapy plan rooted in evidence-based care and tailored to your daily life.

Adjust

As you grow and change, your treatment plan evolves with you, ensuring therapy remains relevant, effective, and responsive to your goals.

Termination

Therapy is designed to support your growth—not create dependence. As you reach your goals, we’ll thoughtfully prepare for the end of therapy, celebrating your progress.
